What age is Kids In The Room made for?
Our escape room games are made with a difficulty level suited for the following:
- 5 to 12 year olds with adult guidance
- 13 to 16 year olds without the need of adult guidance, nonetheless, adults are welcome to join the fun!
Why does an adult need to be present for 5-12 year olds?
At least one adult is needed to provide parental guidance as you play a crucial role as the Hint Guardian. Some of our puzzles require more time and teamwork, and here’s when we need you, wise adults, to help break the big problems down for them. This will be a wonderful family bonding time as you learn plenty about your kids and yourselves!
What about for children below 5 years old, can we play?
In this situation, adults play a pivotal role in explaining and facilitating the game for your younger kids. As our puzzles are made for kids to utilize critical thinking, it might be difficult for them understand the game fully. Child ticket applies for children under 5. Only infants on carrier can enter FOC.
What is the recommended group size?
The optimal group size for kids below 13 is 2-3 kids plus 1-2 adults. For kids 13 and older, groups of 3-4 are ideal.
We suggest a maximum of 6 pax in a room.
*Do note that each booking will require at least 1 child to proceed.
What is the KITR Passport?
New KITR passports are given to first-time players only. Each passport is entitled one cover sticker. Stamp on your passport only after you have completed the game. Fraudulent stamps will void the passport. Honesty is the best policy! Completion of 8 games grants you a KITR reward.
If you forget to bring, we will give you a piece of paper to stamp on temporarily. On your next visit, bring back both the paper and your passport for the transfer. If you have lost the passport, replacement fee applies at $2.
*Please note that stamps on different passports cannot be combined to receive the reward.
Will my child feel scared in your rooms?
Fret not, our games are created by young, passionate, and creative parents. Unlike a typical escape room, our games do not carry scary or horror elements. The rooms are well lit and not dark. There are no locked doors so your child will not feel anxious about being trapped in an enclosed space.
Are photos/videos allowed?
Get your poses and your cameras ready! You will be dressed up for your challenges in our very cool costumes. Dress comfortably for plenty of fun!
*Photos and videos are not allowed during game play. You can take photos only after you have completed the challenge.

Can a non-paying adult enter the shop premise?
Only paying customers are allowed inside our premise. Thank you for your understanding.
Booking FAQs
Is booking required?
We recommend booking on our website to get your preferred slot. We certainly welcome walk-ins too, subject to availability.
As for bookings for unaccompanied children 13 and above, a designated adult contact is required. Kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp for such booking requests.
How long is the game?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation time slot. Each booking time slot is about 1.5 hours, inclusive of briefings, passport design, role-play costume fitting, photo-taking, ball playing zone and 2 escape rooms play!
Can I choose 2 games of my choice instead of your fixed game bundle?
Our escape room games are in a bundle of two. We encourage you to experience all 4 bundles, and your child will receive a special reward for accomplishing all themes.
What if I want to add more players after I have made my booking & payment?
Additional tickets can be purchased upon arrival. To avoid delay, please arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled timeslot.
We are late for our booking, what do we do?
Please note that your game duration might be affected depending on how late you arrive. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your team will be able to play only the second allocated game. Do contact us at our whatsapp if you are running late.
What if I cannot make it for my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances?
Please contact us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance for any changes. Please note that all tickets sold are non-refundable.
